Hello everyone!!!
Long time reader of the Café, new user. Im from Chile and I obviusly love magic and everything related to it. Ive been studying magic for like five years. My magical journey has been wonderful and it had teached one of the things that I most like and enjoy astonish people with the impossible making them happy. It all started like this, my cousin showed me card magic and I immediately fell in love with her, after seeing his magic I asked where do I learn that? He told me read Cartomagia Fundamental (Spanish magicians will now..) After a few weeks I had read the whole book, asking my cousin for more sources, and he was always like, work with the material you have, master the tricks you know, don't buy every item of the market. He teached one of the best lessons in magic and life, wathever yo do, master it, then master it again, and again and again and again, cause it will never be perfect but you need to do your best to be as close as you can, and even that is not enough. With this lesson that I subconciusly learn by the things he told me plus lots of influences from philosophers like Plato to Penn and Teller to comic writers like Alejandro Jodorowsky. I am the person that I am today and without them and a long boring list of different artist, I wouldnt be the one that I am. I expect to be helpful with everyone that needs it, to give advise when I think I can, and I hope to have chats that improve everyones magic. Cristobal |

Welcome weirdwizardx,
Your cousin did your Magic future a real favor and saved you a lot of money as well. I hope you live close enough so that you can share and session with each other about Magic. It is always a pleasure to welcome Magicians who are committed to practice. -Mary Mowder |
