Hey guys,
Patrick showed this to me at MagicLive and I immediately fall in love with it. I’m a huge fun of puzzles, magic and everything in between. I think that this is beautiful and it would make a great conversation starter. I bought both colors. I love em. I’m a therapist and at the right time with an adolescent I’ll say “look at this see the circle? Or is it a square. (Change). It’s really neither. It’s a RING. Just like this you , you have many sides to you, a funny side, a feisty side and at times you feel conflicted with all these feelings. At the end of the day you’re still you. Just like this ring.... “. I may elaborate on being true to their values and genuine to their core to be sure their choices don’t violate their conscience or I may stop with dramatic pause. It’s a great object lesson or teachable moment for them. I’ve bought ambiguous objects off of eBay but I love the ability to just pull off my ring vs. look around for a prop.

Please check regularly if you are becoming the type of magician Jerry Seinfeld jokes about. (This applies to mentalists as well.)

Great curiosity item to show between tricks. Gets them thinking about something other than how the last trick was done. I'll also use this with the "Optical Illusion Ring" and other similar items in routines that prove you can't trust your eyes.

An idea would be to attach the circular illusion part as a gimmick. Then you remove the circular illusion part and let them inspect it. They will not be able to make a circle out of it.
Or it could be a switch with one that doesn't have the circular feature. That would probably give the best size match between what the spectator sees and what they inspect. |

I don't think it is a ring you would want to wear on your finger. Wearing it on a necklace makes more sense. If you're wearing it on a necklace then the size doesn't matter. So they only need to sell it in one size.
