I saw a book test, I think by Liam Montier but not 100% positive, that used the King James Version of the Bible. Spectator chose 4 pages and underlined a word on each page. That's as far as I can remember. Wracking my so-called brain for this effect. If anyone knows this trick and where to find it, please let me know. I am positive that it HAS to be the King James Version. I also believe it was a free download, but we had a power outage and I didn't get back online until today, and can't find it using my History search.
Thanks for your help. |

I would be interested to know as well, or any book tests that utilize the Bible for that matter.

I forget which one but one of Penn and Teller's books had a force from the Bible or a prediction. Good stuff.

If you ever get to a point where words have no meaning, you're probably talking to a dog.

And it uses no external objects (dice, cards, etc) for the number choice. Rather several audience members freely choose the digits of the page number (which is very important because some will think you are using a stooge if page number is selected by just one person). And, believe it or not, there is no memorization involved. I have used it with a bible and about a dozen different books over time. The name of it is Baffling Book. |
