Cheers PS - this new SB watch sounds awesome but I’ve had nothing but great customer service from TW boys and the watch has been great, so no need for me to transition just yet. Keeping my eye on the discussions as much as possible, though. |

The Wilson remote is made by Matthew Wilson. You need to contact him via Facebook and there is a separate Facebook group for it too. Matthew is brilliant. The remote is rechargeable and is nice a compact so easily concealed.

I have both TW and SB. Prefer TW. More reliable, in my humble opinion. SB is to "clunky" at this point. Voice recognition is not 100% stable nor is the swiping feature. Again, IMHO.

I think the app is new and it definitely needs more work. I personally use ithump for the swiping but I’m sure Benke will fix it based on my experience with cubesmith.

A: Based on our experiments, it is around 90% reliable. Of course a lot of background noise or being far from the phone's microphone will reduce the accuracy. Also, your phone has to be online to use voice recognition. You should always use some kind of a feedback system, like PeekSmith for visual or a BT earpiece (soon!!) for verbal confirmation. This feature is more like for FUN, you should always have a backup strategy in case it wouldn't work! The swipe method is 100% reliable, if you do the swipes in the right directions. Of course the app is not perfect, it's still in the very early stage, and will improve a LOT in time, thanks to user feedback and ideas. When you compared the TW to the *SB* Watch (saying you preferred the TW), I think you meant the apps, not the watches. The watch and the app are two different things... |

I have had both, I sold the TW because it's so unbelievably unreliable. The SB watch has already been an immense improvement.

Hi, does anyone know how I can get in touch with Chris from Nobody Knows. I was in contact with him Via email and told him about my issue with my turner watch. He asked me to send it to him, so he can fix it and send it back. However ever since I sent it to him, I haven’t been able to get a hold of him. I have sent through 3 or more emails with no reply and the item has arrived already at the post office where it has to be picked up by him ((as shown by the tracking number) for more than a week now. I am worried that it will be sent back to me if he doesn’t pick it up. Can some one help me get into contact with him. Thank you.

Yeah, TW customer service is garbage. I'm sorry for your experience.

TW was always going to be poor service from the get go that was so so obvious . Benke Smith I am pleased to say and so deservedly has smashed them into oblivion Gaz 😊

Seconded. Benke Smith's programs and customer service are top notch. The jokers at NK were in way over their heads from day one.

Agreed and many many I know who made the mistake and jumped for the TW even with their obnoxious sales pitch have all now moved on to the class act that is
Benke Smith . Good riddance to them , where’s their patent now lol Gaz 😊 |

To be completely honest I still like the look of the turner watch more and would still like to use it rather than the smith watch (as the second hand on the turner watch gives it that more sophisticated look). I personally would still use it as long as it works. However I am surprised by the customer service. For me to send it to them and for them to just disappear is ridiculous. I hope they have a good reason for it.

No one has privileged access to them mate, I'm sorry. You'll just have to wait or contact them again. There's no secret back door. In the meantime, you can use literally any Bluetooth watch you wish with Benke's much better app.
