Thanks! I wish Jerry would come to terms with republishing or collating these. I know he hates the idea of them being copied/torrented/etc, but perhaps there's a balance between that and ihis deas being rediscovered and published by others.

It is too simplistic a question in my opinion. This no definition of superior given and no criteria on which to judge it. Easy to learn, FASDIU, Reactions, Environment, Cleanliness, etc.
