My name is Steve Santini and earlier today I posted something about an escape artist get together in the "all tied up" thread.

For some reason it has been removed. Why?

And last week I made a post that KINDLY suggested that if a fellow member would provide media links to an escape he did we would find it an inspiration to the escapology community. It WAS NOT flaming and was very sincere. It too was removed.

Kindly let me know what is going on here.

Regarding the other post you mentioned. The staff usually sends you a PM when they move or delete a topic. Maybe this was an oversight or possibly, the thread is under review for unrelated reasons. You'll probably be contacted privately in that regard.

I would need more info regarding last weeks post before I could tell you what happened to your post. Do you remember the name of the post? date? Who else posted in that area? The Café gets anywhere from 250 to 500 or more posts a day. In order to look into it further as I said I would need more info, I would however be happy to do that for you if you will kindly give me moe info.

One way you can check your own posts though is for you to click on your own profile and then click on view this users posts in the last 30 days, if your post has been moved you will be able to see where it was then moved to.

Rob, I have just posted in the "all tied up thread" that anyone seeking further info on the conference can look under the "so happy together" thread. Thank you for the info.

It perhaps would be good if there was some notation that the original post was moved. Otherwise no one knows it even existed let alone was moved to another thread.

Hi Mya. Thanks for being willing to help out. I do not have the exact date of the post that was removed but it was under the tread of straitjacket escapes on the "all tied up forum".

I was praising another member, Michael Lee, for his accomplishments and asking him if he could kindly post links to media reviews of these as they would no doubt be an inspiration to all in escapes.

It was not flaming, was not provocative, and was in no way slamming anyone. And, I recieved no notice or warning from any staff that it was improper.


Regardless of these facts, it was removed. Can you please look into this and restore it? It dated to about a week ago.
