I'm still kind of steamed about that. I spent hundreds (maybe thousands) of bucks and won't see many of the things I bought because I don't have records of the purchases.

I don't understand how you lose any downloads if you have done it within 30 days as Docc clearly warns when you purchase!?
I have downloaded several things in past few months and none of that will be "list" when he cleans she's his current store and reopens.
Besides he gets ripped off constantly with people sharing what they buy, so it is available on the "secondary market" if you want to buy from the "pirates"!

Docc is a busy man, also known as Rev / Dr. J. Alton West III , So I doubt mentalism stuff is his main source of income , that's why he has a bad reputation in customer service.

When I was buying from Docc, the understanding was that we could download anything we purchased from his website by entering it and downloading. I did that many times. Maybe his policy has changed, but all I know is I received a communication indicating that I needed to prove that I had made the purchases, some of them many years ago. My records don't go that far back. It's very disappointing. I liked a lot of what I bought from him but I'm very reluctant to now.

Just bought a fantastic new item from Docc, with two great mp4 vids and a pdf ("Shame") and wish it could be kept secret!

Sorry Doc was only having a bit of craic with you. Just your comment reminded me of certain reviews which quite often includes some hyperbolic gibberish such as :

When I read anything like that I just dismiss their opinion instantly and wish them an early demise*
