I have a couple of Tenyo that I perform regularly that I am safely able to pass out post effect.

Prison Box (plastic cover is disposed before passing out)

Also Squeeze Play

I was wondering what other Tenyo are available that can be examined after the trick is complete. What are your guys favorite or highly recommend?

Crystal Clever is the best ever!

Mystery China Box, Wonder Window and Dragon Altar... my three favorites that are examinable.

I really like Alpha Tunnel and Magic Painting.
Crossroads and Lucifers Lock are a couple of more that are examinable at the end

My favorite are Card Surgery, especially for magicians who don't know of it and are familiar with the highly gaffed Vienna Card Frame, and Magical Burger, the only amazing coincidence effect of which I am aware using a hamburger theme.
