Buy a book by Lorayne, Vernon, Hugard & Braue, etc. and spend YOUR time by reading and practicing something worthwhile. It really isn't that difficult. My gut feel tells me that you won't bother. Failing that, maybe you could sign up for a basic computer course - Lesson 1........how to use a 'Search' facility.

I started my learning magic through Michael Ammar Easy to Master Card Magic Series, so I think I was inspired by Vernon school. Then I studied Daryl Ambitious Card, so I learned a lot from Daryl too.
Then I deeply obsessed with John Bannon material since Dear Mister Fantasy, heard he is from Chicago school, so I like Marlo's style I believe? After that I met David Williamson, he handle cards like a second nature, so I follow his attitude how to treat a card routine. Last but not least, met Juan Tamariz during his appearance on FISM, read his books, watched him performed, changed my way think about magic completely. I believe that I am the inspired by all these giants of magic from mentioned above.
Most memorable moment - with Maestro Juan Tamariz & Consuelo Lorgia in FISM Busan 2018.

Good question! If I look at my history, I would say the ones below have influenced me the most. Of course, there is much I have not read that didn’t have a chance to influence me.

I must add my father Bill Wisch to the list. He is the inventor of over 30 original sleights (including his "Wisch-Wedge", "Wisch-Fold", Handy Zarrow, the amazing "Flip Flam" move unveiled in 2019 etc). Dorothy Dietrich called the Wisch-Fold "Diabolical!" in front of the crowd at his SAM Parent Assembly lecture in 2019. These moves are all original and unique and are incredible sleights and sleight-substitutes. His "Wisch Wedge" enables him to do what Dai Vernon, Tony Slydini, Charlie Miller, Larry Jennings and Derek Dingle told him was "the most natural double lift."
See his video from his SAM Parent Assembly "Slydini Inspiration" Lecture in December 2019 (to a packed house- David Roth, Dorothy Dietrich etc were in attendance. Notice the reactions!) below: His Wisch Wedge system and "The Killer Set" DVD showcasing the Flip Flam move, Wisch-Fold, etc are both available on his website at www.billwisch.com/store |
