We have closed, more or less, everything, apart from what they call essential things. The hospitals cannot deal with the amount now and so that is why they are resorting to lockdown. There are only so many hospital beds, private and NHS. Not enough ventilators and so on.

My son got his pal; it’s his pals birthday today and my son told him to go outside at 8 because he had a surprise for him. When he went out and everybody started shouting and applauding he said, thank you, thank you.

What I would like to know is if they are ever going to give us our freedom back.
Former prime minister Gordon Brown has called for the creation of a "temporary" form of global government to be assembled to provide a unified body to tackle coronavirus. Such an organisation could tackle the spread of the virus.

In the meantime, our leaders are dropping like flies, including the Prime Minister, members of the Royal family and top advisers dealing with the issue. In short, the measures are not working despite all the talk.

United Airlines just announced they are laying off workers a mere few hours after they just got a huge chunk of money from Congress not to do so.
It's hard to know who is more at fault--United Airlines or Congress.
