Stuart was one of the leads in the movie "Shade". Paul Wilson sits down with this guy & gives him some stuff to work on(he only had a month, btw). Well, this guy, beginner from the start learns this stuff incredibly well.....it's all featured in the movie.

I haven't seen the DVD yet and I'm told he's very good. However, remember he was tutored by the best and had the luxury of multiple takes. Performing live with one take is what's required in the real world of performing.

Well, to be fair, this wasn't the only thing he had to do....there was a lot going on with the production but he sat down and practiced every chance he got. I think it only took two takes for an ace asembly he did....which, considering the short time span is pretty good.

Take a good look at that ace assembly. Stuart performed very well,...

But how many aces did he have in the deck?

Is this the movie that Sylvester Stallone plays?

Yes, Stallone plays "The Dean of Cards"

Yes, Townsend did some great work. I was impressed.

I don't know. I had a tough enough time trying to find it to buy.

They have many copies for rent (and I guess a few for purchase as well, though I didn't look) at the Blockbuster near my house.

Hi,

Yea, I just rented it tonight. It's really good. The trick where you flick 5 cards and change them to a royal flush is amazing. Does anyone know where this is taught in print or tape/DVD?

Thanks,

TJ

Yeah, that's the Zap Change, I see it being sold here:

I know the method, and it doesn't seem too great to me, you're not left very clean. Very visual though.
