Which is the first magic app released forever
“It’s not what you do that matters, or even how you do it;
it’s what the spectators perceive you as doing that matters.
That’s the MAGIC they’ll remember.”

I don't know a definitive answer to this, but you'll probably need to define what you mean by "magic app". Does it have to be for a smartphone, or just any piece of software? Does it have to have been publicly released? Greg Rostami's iForce came out in 2009, and the iOS App Store launched in 2008, so that must have been one of the first iPhone magic apps, but it probably depends on your definition. This video about "iMilk" was apparently uploaded the day the app store opened, so if that counts then that's probably the absolute earliest one for iOS. But that "I removed the card you were thinking of" trick has been on websites since the 90s.

IBeer was the first magical app that I remember having on my first iPhone. Loved that app.

It could be argued that the first mobile device that contained a calculator enabled the Toxic force - and that would qualify as a "Magic App".
