Ordered a product with an incorrect description, and they say the description is wrong and I will get what I ordered. Not the case. They buck when I ask for a refund, and circumvent a normal PayPal dispute. They renig on promise to reimburse for return shipping. Now I order a product and they send something completely different. I know mistakes are made, but I'm seeing an uptick which can quickly become a trend. Others have indicated similar experiences. From my viewpoint, this may be the decline of what once was a peak for Penguin.
