I often see in this section, requests for info on Magic Tables that will pack up for travelling.

Here's a vid I made of possible tables. With little or no oppourtunity to perform at the moment, and lots of time, hopefully there's some info here that may inspire one to make a more suitable table for themselves.

There is quite a bit of good information and inspiration from that last folding table. Thanks for posting this.

Thanks for sharing the video, that’s an amazingly well thought out and executed table design. How long did that last table take to actually build?

Biggest part will be getting/finding the proper materials/tools.....telescopic tubing, mat, wood, router/drill bits etc,
Once you have all materials & tools, and you know how to work them....it goes quite quickly. Smile

There is also this base that you could use your own top. - Gator Frameworks GFW-UTILITY-TBL Heavy-duty Keyboard Table

LOVE, love, this elegant design. These Swiffer Dry & Wet($12) may be a reasonable option for extending poles for the table base. Four for under $50. Not quite dollar store, but they're pretty strong and break down pretty well.

The creative people on here never cease to amaze me. I just use a regular restaurant table Jack. Simple.
