I really don't like using a hole puncher with movable hole tricks. However, I saw a couple of posts that suggest just using the card without the puncher. Thus, I probably will purchase this item.

You don’t need the puncher at all , fake ones or otherwise . Mickael was just joining the dots up as others almost insisted it was included in the tutorial Gaz 🙂

But you actually ended clean and they have their card signed with 4 holes in the corner. They sign it before the holes are punched. Really nice. Dirty pack though at the end - but to be clear the card ends clean. And the heat will be on their card! I may get it out again! |

I just received this and am blown away by the method! What a beautiful card. However, when I close the hole on the bottom right of my card (to begin the effect,) the hole on the bottom left "falls" closed automatically unless I am holding it up with my thumb. This means I can't really display the card as demonstrated in the video, since if I'm not holding the bottom left hole open, it shuts by itself. Has anyone else had this issue?

I can hold the card in a way to still do the routine however as a directly out of the box Experience it’s a bit frustrating, The gimmick is artfully done and overall I’m still happy About this purchase.

This is a little silly but I saw a version of this handling where all 4 dots make a square in the corner instead of the l shape. Is thst available? I realize the holes are still moving but I like the look look of the square

Hi everyone!
If someone could answer my two questions I’ll be grateful. 1) How thick is the gmick? 2) What we have on the gmick’s back side? Thanks! |

If the holes are moving in straight lines from their location to the one "Master hole to rule them all" it would end up as a square. Does anyone know which hole is the best and therefore in charge? |

Oh you didn't want the method? just the card design? oh sorry to spoil that for you. |

Pretty sure it’s 3 cards thick and the master hole is the top right if that makes sense Gaz 🙂

I don’t think it would have been possible to make the 4 holes appear in a rectangle in the one corner as Cody would have preferred imo Gaz 🙂

I would think that if it were possible then he would have made them in a square as 90% of magicians are going to think that that looks better.
Pretty sure less than .00001% of specs would give a hoot one way or the other. Having said that, my first thought when seeing the demo was that the L shape looked odd to me. Oh well. |

There was one shin lim and Patrick kun posted of a guy at Blackpool doing, but I think his is a rip off of mickaels. The pro to his however was the display of the 4 dots. It made a square instead of the L.

I set up an entire deck with the four corners punched on every card.
It makes a talking point at the beginning and saves carrying a hole punch. |

I was able to fix my gimmick super easily. I'm no good with arts and crafts or spatial reasoning, so it probably took me longer than it would've taken some of you.
Regarding the button on the bottom left that was falling down of its own accord, all I had to do was cut off an appropriately small strip of paper and insert it into the slit so it was just a tiny bit tighter in there. Problem solved. |
