Aweful video, creators should never demo magic, they are not magician's, and know nothing about present magic effects. That was terrible. Looked like the other hundred rising cards on the market. You don't play music on magic videos, that is for music videos. You talk, and we have to see your face and personality, on screen.

I think that's a little harsh. He's demoing the effect, not a routined presentation. For the purpose of demonstration, the music background is fine. He's demoing a remote controlled card rise. Sure it looks like every other card rise but the point is it's a different method. The video is of the effect, not his personality. If the original poster was providing a video of his performance, that would be different. We'd want to see him and watch his performance but he is not.

That looked very good, loved how freely you can handle the deck.

The fact that it looked like other rising cards shouldn't be a negative surely? Rising cards should all pretty much look the same. What was different here was a certain amount of latitude you don't generally have with the standard gimmick, As for music - it's a demo, it's less than two minutes long, it's nothing to do with connecting wtih an audience or showing your personality. Like countless other video demos of tricks doing the rounds these days. What, are you from the 1950s? |

I liked it also - simple - to the point - no Blah Blah no special effects..Just it. Curious.
Best wishes! T |

Looked great! If it is quiet in performance than it looks like a winner.

Bill has some strong opinions but has a wealth of knowledge as well. You should know all about strong opinions from your comments on the TF posts.

If the music is not added to hide another "noise", I see nothing wrong with the video clip.

If it truly is a self contained remote controlled rising card effect (and the poster did not claim it was necessarily self contained) it looks to good to be true IMO. I hope I am wrong and it is self contained and that clean looking. I own Marc Antoine's beautiful electronic rising deck and an Anverdi version, along with numerous other self contained mechanical rising decks. None can be handled that cleanly. Hope to hear more.

Looks great to me. Very clean handling of the deck. I'm interested.

The unit is silent and also self contained and table has nothing to do with the effect. It is in a ways similar to old methods but at the same time it is also something totally new. Cant say much more without really exposing anything.

Looks fantastic...demonstrated very well. The above comment was way too harsh!
