Does anyone have any experience shipping gaffed coin sets to the Philippines? Purchased a shell and four Replica Morgan coins and a Hopping Morgan Dollar Set for a friend and need to know Joe ship.

To be sure you need to send it through a private courier UPS or Fedex, anything that goes through USPS and local post service could be burglarized. The same happened with stuff sent to Argentina, everything that looks more than a postcard or a letter is open and vandalized if of any valu

Cross shipment is when you purchase an item and it is sent through an alternate/indirect method.
If there is a local magic shop that has a relationship with Murphy's Magic (example). Then the coins could be sent through the dealer channel. Instead of a personal address. Another example would be Viking exclusive (example) that you purchase from a local magic store. Viking would send it to you directly (via the stores request) without the magic store ever touching it. UPS or other similar courier is the way to go. Find which service maintains control of the parcel. You want the service that "HANDS" the parcel to the designee. Good luck.
