It has potential. One thing to think about is showing your hands empty too much. I think it is more effective if you allow the audience to notice that your hands are empty rather than try to "over prove" it. And definitely don't do it repeatedly.
The second thing is WHY are you changing the card to a bill? Just because you can? I think you might speak a different language based upon the comment under the video on youtube. If that is the case, perhaps that's why you didn't use any patter. If you haven't worked out any patter yet, try to justify the change in the mind of the spectator. If your approach is just, pick a card and watch me change it into a paper bill, it leaves me a bit cold.
It's never crowded on the extra mile....
