Well, there's an obvious cut at the moment that you mention. So something there has been cut out to preserve the mystery. I think there are two sides to this mystery.

Well I think that depends on whats been cut out. We constantly see edited demos, I know you probably want a full uncut demo instead, but its not like they are hiding the cut here.
If they are doing it because they don't want the "move", or whatever, to be on video so that people can view it over and over again and figure it out, I think that's fine, and not misleading. Its "preserving the mystery" as it were. IF its a move that would've been invisible to you in person, then a little edit is acceptable in my book. f on the other hand they cut out major parts of the trick, as in stuff that the audience WOULD be aware of, that's not cool. As an example if they had cut out a part where you have to direct the participant to download an app, and enter their street address and date of birth, press search and it will give you a playing card which is the one they will have to pick, then yes, that is misleading. |

No. They are still going to have to buy the deck because it’s a gimmicked deck, specially printed. Have you not realised this? This is not magic, it’s a gimmicked deck. Sorry to break that news to you. |

Pegasus - Its precisely because it isn't real magic that they would need to preserve it. I cant speak for their intentions, of course. I also don't think just because people can't easily make it themselves (they could do a version of it), that therefore the secret should just be in the open.

I can see now that half the deck are DF’s.

Like I said earlier "I think there are two sides to this mystery". The main difference between the clips is that it was a cut in one and panning up with the camera in the second, both done to preserve the mystery, not to be misleading. Finally you can put your mind at ease!

I thought you liked it based on the first demo, as you expressed interest in buying it. Other than the cut in the demo that is.

I like the fact that the deck is relatively cheap.

Hey Hey.
Did anybody mention, that Tenyos TWEEZERS release seems to be an exact copy of an Mario lopez release of 2017? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9hQaxaX7-5A It was called "Chinese Tweezers" and from Mario Loepz and Tango Magic. |

The Tweezers effect was developed in collaboration with Mario Lopez, and I believe he is credited. His original version was pure sleight of hand--this relies on a gimmick.

PropDog have done a review of the Chinese Tweezers. The original effect, which I believe Mario Lopez credits is by Thomas Frapps and in The Book or Don't Forget to Point.

Regarding the tweezers from Tenyo, Mario lopez said ( during his live lecture for the 100 hours event) he just gave his name for the packaging...so not really a collaboration for me and the original handling that Mario have is far more magical for me.
