Quick initial reaction:
I’m originally wasn’t going to grab it but I wanted to see what the remote sounded like. ( I know it sounds strange. But I am who I am ) I received mine on Friday and performed it on Saturday with great success. The s****h is simple. I thought for a 100$ that it should come with everything that’s necessary to perform right out the box. And it does. Even comes with a sharpie. Now the noise issue was what I wanted to test. It’s a bit of a double edge blade for me. The big button noise is completely manageable. But the smaller buttons produced noise is pretty loud. I actually prefer to use the instant reaction vs the delayed. I just find it hard to perform using the smaller button based on the extremely loud clicking noise. I assumed I had a bad remote as my first impression. I could have one so I’m not throwing that out the window as a possibility. However, I’ve attempted to reach out to Henry About the sound with no success. I want to point out that the loud sound isn’t a deal breaker for me as I’ve come to like the effect. I’m just a little bummed about the sound. ( which I can deal with ) So as of right now I’m pretty content ( minus the sound. Thankfully there’s another button ) |

Yes the instant button is a little louder than the delay button. But if it's in your pocket and you are standing even one foot away from someone I guarantee they are not going to hear it. I have done it and the person heard nothing.
As stated earlier they aren't waiting to hear a sound they are watching a coin balance on a sharpie cap and what's going to happen next.

99% of my shows are walk around so I think crowd management and assessing the opportunities when performing will come into play for me. I personally clip the remote on waist lining of my pants and let the remote sit between my pants and hip. ( similar to the pocket but just at the belt line ) I can agree that no one is looking for the sound to begin with. I’m wondering if the more I push the button the more it gets worked in and becomes a little more silenced. Again, not a deal break as I fee I’m creative enough to work around it.

Various levels of noise on the remote, the gimmick having to be exchanged because it was making a noise. Very poor stuff given the cost of the effect. PS I've never seen anyone performing telekinesis with their hand in their pocket. I'm assuming I've misread the comments and you can perform this with open, visible hands? |

Yes, you can perform it with open visible hands using the delay function.

Yes, you have misread the comments. You do not need your hands in your pockets to perform this. As a matter of fact this has been posted many times in this thread but apparently you read what you want to read and still continue to attack the product.

So many products that are released have quality control issues with some that are delivered but I never see you coming on there and bashing them?

Also you don’t know about the number of happy customers. I received my replacement within seven days (in pandemic times!) = example for great customer service. These issues happen every time and everywhere. It’s important that they are resolved quickly and this is what I experienced here with HHP. You can perform this with open hands. |

Has there even been one post on here by a very disappointed customer who ACTUALLY PURCHASED the product? If so, maybe I missed it since after all we are all human and not perfect (hence why quality control issues with ALL products sometimes happen).

Forgive my ignorance - especially if this has already been covered/answered - but how long is the delay? Is it for a set time and if so, how long? Or can you set this yourself.
Thanks Neil |
