I thought it might be useful to compile a best-of list of magic downloads here, because I haven’t seen such a list yet (unless I just can’t find an existing list). I personally find the amount of material out there overwhelming, so any recommendations would be appreciated. It could be for cards, coins, mentalism, or whatever.

I've been into magic for less than a year, so my collection is not extensive. I also mostly do cards. Instead of an overall top 3, I'll tell you my favourite single-technique download, favourite 'repertoire' download, and favourite non-card download.
For non-card, it's Casshan Wallace's Melting Point. Two rubber bands in my wallet and I'm ready to melt brains. For a single technique, it's David's Cull without a doubt. For a 'repertoire' download, as in a collection of tricks and routines, I'd have to go with Bannon's Dear Mr. Fantasy ebook.
