I've had much more succes doing the Balducci levitation than King Rising. For me I prefer having the freedom of going into the levitation withvery little preparation. For the balducci all you need is shoes. If you want a cleaner looking levitation that requires more prep, go with King Rising.
Or get both and you can decide. Adam |

I've seen the explanation for the balducci levitation several times for free while surfing through the internet, just search. But in my opinion you should buy it, cause you get a professional explanation

I'm 16. I've invented some tricks of my own. I actually just got Andrew Mayne's Illusionbook today for the sole purpose of learning therory to invent my own tricks. Some of my tricks seem quite cool and usuable, though, using house hold materials to make cruddy prototypes doesn't work nearly as well as getting the more expensive materials to make a satisfactory version. So I just brainstorm effects. Inventing isn't as hard as it's cracked up to be.

But it does, you just have to present it well, maybe it's not for you, maybe you should spend your money on big boxes, but I'm sticking w/ dyi material.
Alan, you have to practice man. 7 you can't just do it, you have to be selective of where you perform it & who you do it for, some times I get "burned" but most times get great reactions, the last time I didit..i wated till my geusts were about to leave, this is after a bit of close-up,i did it,& it killed, but you got to think about the distance, what side your on of your spect.,shoes & pants your wearing,do the bottom of your pants cover your feet? you know things like that...don't give up man, just work harder. |

King rising is awesome if you put a lot of work into it. I've had great reactions. and of course it is better than the balducci . more height + both feet are seen off the ground.balducci is 100% impromptu but is has been exposed and too many people know about it. king rising is weel worth the money if you decide to work hard. if you get it from E then you get forum access. that is very good because the people on the forums have come up with a lot of ideas related to setting up, the clean-up ,angles and much more.
