I always loved Reset by Paul Harris since learning from Art of Astonishment when it first came out. But then someone came out with a slightly more streamlined handling, I know I have it somewhere but I just can’t remember who it was. Maybe John Guastaferro or possibly even Michael Ammar. I’ve been searching my videos (it was definitely a video) and downloads but just can’t find it. So my vague question for the day is this - does anyone know who has put out a streamlined Reset handling on video?

Hi Jack,
I'm guessing you're thinking of "Reswindled" by Caleb Wiles. This was included in the True Astonishments boxset and was a big hit when it was first released. I believe this is PH's favourite variation of "Reset". You can buy it as a download from Vanishing Inc. I hope this is the trick you're looking for. Marty |

Or it could be Cameron Francis’ RESWINDLED AGAIN in his MOMENTS NOTICE 6 download from Penguin.

Thanks very much! I’ll go and check, it was probably one of those.

I think Reswindled is the best reset.

Reswindled is a great routine. I still prefer RESWINDLED AGAIN by Cameron Francis. I like his ending with it because all the Aces are clean.

Twister by Chris Kenner in Totally Out of Control is about as streamlined as you can get without gaffed cards but it is in print only
Greg Wilson has "Reset with a Hook" on his Card Stunts DVD/Download which his nice because you end with 4 blackjack hands

Reswindled is probably my favourite trick in my routine. It nicely leaves the deck in the perfect set up for Gambling Lesson / Shuffling Lesson by Chad Long. (With a bit of an unnoticeable tweak.)

I perform Cameron Francis’ RESWINDLED AGAIN because it ends cleaning with the Aces.
