Hi. Im looking for a 5" / 6" diameter Redring for a ring and rope routine. Cant find one anywhere.

You can take a metal ring and wrap it with flat, red leather craft thong.
It gets thicker for visibility and it feels good too.

I found some 5" clear round rings at Michaels or Hobby Lobby that are sold as DIY handbag handles and could easily be painted whatever color you want. Found this on Amazon which is similar:
