I just want to re-iterate how great this trick is. I bought this from David's website 9 hours ago and have now performed it 3 times already today - everyone is blown away!

Fantastic, thanks David!

Thanks gents.

Magic Orthodoxy just posted his review here:

And there are over 30 reviews now on Penguin if anyone was still on the fence.

How do you count the face cards? J=11, Q=12...? Aces 1 or 11?

Aces = 1, court cards = 10.

In performance you simply say "... As in a game of BlackJack, all picture cards have a value of 10".

While I don't discuss this on the tutorial, you can actually have J=11, Q=12 and K=13 if you modify a part of the handling slightly. If anyone who owns this would like to know how, feel free to PM me.

Great download! David Jonathan reworks an older method, afterwards it ends up looking so much more natural. This method is perfect to handle and perform. I would be surprised if any spectator had the slightest idea how you did this, if performed correctly. Thanks David, well worth the $15.

Such a wonderful handling. It was especially dear to me as the effect it came from was one of my all time faves when I was younger. This will be a great go to routine from now on!

I performed this for myself a hundred times now. I would not call it practicing anymore. 😄
Yes, such a delightful effect and handling!

My idea is if they pick a card before (those who have it will know what I mean , you just add one on) . That way there is literally no limitations at all . Great effect imho Gaz 😊

With “before“ you mean cards far on the left (in a ribbon spread)?

I believe he’s referring to the selection with the alternate idea of the pencil dot. It’s a nice suggestion!

Yes David is correct as I mentioned the idea to him and it is with the pencil dot handling or a cr..p put in on the fly with a borrowed deck Gaz 😊
