This is in Fulves' Self-Working Paper Magic, item No. 4. It is easy to construct and its features are truly magical. Basically, a flat object (for instance, a Same on Both Sides card) put inside the folds of the center panel will remain in place while the side panels change places. I don't remember coming across a routine that uses this wallet. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

For those who don't have the book on hand, google.books has this book online, found it searching for this wallet. Link took me right to the page (7, entitled The Magic Mailbox).

Instructions for making one were simple and clear-cut.
My ex-cat was named "Muffin". "Vomit" would be a better name for her. AKA "The Evil Ball of Fur".
