This question isabout the Carnival Game scam Cover The Red Spot

I was wondering if the player knows exactly where to throw the disks and it is going to be a winner, the operator know any technique to rigged the game, or if there are ways to rigged the game, so people always loose neverless they know how to win .

On lybrary.com they sell an ebook SPOT THE SPOT that gives you all the information you need.nowhere else will you find such detailed instructions to this dodge.

Well, you >might< find it in the disc set and DVD I put out a few years ago. You can prolly find a set at your local dealer.
