I posted this in Gaffed & Funky and then realized it would be of possible interest here.

I wanted to put in a good word for the

The service is very good and the work is excellent. Very tight tolerances, very refined finished product.

I have gotten many items from here but most recently two Belly Strippers--so I can mix the in/out and strip out red from black. Also got a nice Rainbow deck (casino)--and, most notably, two Instanto decks (see The Jinx No. 115 pg 677). The latter type deck does not seem to be widely available. Once you get the hang of it you can "cut to any card" on demand. The work is very good. The decks come with a PDF and/or explanatory video.

I thought this was a "seeking recommendations" post, based on the title, and clicked through to recommend the exactly same company. I've got a number of things from them, including some notches trimmed to my specifications, and the work is very fine and consistent.

Slim posts here now and again.
If there is a single truth about Magic, it is that nothing on earth so efficiently evades it.

For folks who haven't visited Slims website, they should pop by for a look.
His products are routinely excellent, but there are also lots of things on his site that aren't about selling anything, but that are informational in nature.

For example, a great page on his site documents his visit to Terry Roses "secret lab". You may know Roses by his gambling, hustling, and cheating "stage name" ... Dr.X (the real Dr. X)
