Hello,
I'm an aspiring balloon twister. What balloon DVDs, videos, books, (etc.) would you recommend for a brand new beginner? (and if don't mind to expand, which would you recommend after that?... I'd love to have the full beginner to expert track laid out.) I've read quite a bit of stuff here on the forum about this but most of it was several years old. I figured I'd ask now since there appears to have been a lot of stuff released since then. (and the balloon world seems to have been moving at an extremely fast pace, so I'm sure some of those older resources have become outdated and been outdone by newer resources teaching better techniques/designs/etc.) Thank you very much. -Tihani |

Beyond that, if you are looking to get into balloons, my suggestion would be to focus on making a small repertoire of balloons very well at first, instead of hundreds of poorly made ones.
It's not true you have to be able to make everything at first - a lot of twisters will start out using a balloon menu of sculptures they can make, then often grow out of it as they progress in their skill level. |

Also, if you're on Facebook, Balloon Twister Central is a great group to join, especially if you know how to use the Search function.
