I want to talk about one important fact for magicians in europe doing routines with torn in half bills.
with the new series of euro banknotes, the layout of the serial numbers has changed.
While in the past two full serial numbers were printed on the bill (one in the left and one in the right half), today it is only one full number (top right, horizontal) and instead of another full number just its end digits running vertically a little to the left of the middle!
