Wonderful creations, both by Bob Neale. The Trapdoor Card can be found (in of one its incarnations) in the DVD "Celebration of Sides". Also, Neale explores the trapdoor concept in his book Sense of Wonder. "My First Trick" (the RPS one) is in Tricks of the Imagination. Brushwood credits this one in the video.
It's worth checking the creative dialogue between Neale and Terri Rogers. She released her "Star Gate" after learning the trapdoor concept, and Neale used her "Pirish Compass". They are certainly the masters of topological magic. |
