It's been a while since I checked into the Café....and as often the case I have received many many messages requesting some tutorials on intermediate & advanced moves. The current situation on this planet has made it impossible to go out and shoot an actual performance/show of my routine followed by an explanation....which was my original intention.

So....to help you lot, here is a very informal tutorial of the double lift, a move I often use and works well when done properly.
No script, just one take of me babbling on for 20 minutes LOL. Hopefully some of you will get some value out of it.
