Just got this in mail this morning and I am so impressed the workmanship is nothing short of astounding. I have purchased several items from this company in the last few years and they NEVER cease to impress me. Don't let my awful photography skill mislead you to think this cup is anything short of beautiful in any way.
I was using the TCC cup for working in my restaurants and walk around gigs I have been doing but I will certainly be switching to use this one as of tonight. The cup is made of a nice thick leather that will hold its shape quite well and is lined with a beautiful suede. The outer leather pattern is unlike anything I have seen and I find that I am looking at over and over because it is just such an interesting design. The inner suede is soft with an almost felt like feeling to it; it is beautiful. The balls are really interesting they have a modernness to them but somehow at the same time still retain a bit of a vintage feel as well. I am not sure how else to describe it as they are just a nice pleasant look but striking at the same time. I am not sure if I would attribute this to the material or the fact they are a monkey fist type ball. As far as final loads go: I use a billiard ball (the larger size 2.6 inches?) and a lime which neither have an issue with fitting. The added bonus is the special sizing that retains the billiard ball in the attic; if you know what I mean. all in all I could not recommend this cup enough and that is not even taking into account it might be the best value in chop cups anywhere on the market. This cup was $45 dollars and honestly they could get far more for them I am sure. If you you are on the fence about one of the cups don't be because it is worth far more than your actually paying for it. Click here to view attached image. |

So, I just received my cup order and I love it!
Perfect size, nicely crafted, and great balls. The you know what does you know what just right IMO. Not too easy and not too difficult. I suspect that if one wants it to behave differently, then that could easily be accomplished by substituting those fantastic monkey balls provided with your choice of alternative balls. Therefore, it will do what you want it to just right for your taste by selecting a set that will accommodate your desire. Anyway, I plan to order another set real soon. After many years of handling cups made of different metals, weights, shapes, and sizes, I am now favoring leather and this one fits the bill perfectly. And oh, my interaction with them was terrific! Friendly, assertive, and accommodating. You cannot beat that! |

Definitely going on my birthday list. Beautiful! I think the site has been changed recently, it used to have pricing and more pages. Now, no pricing and just main page. Not sure you can navigate to the chop cup page unless you have the link. Menu only shows home and downloads.
I see a few cups and balls sets in the photos, I wonder if they are also doing wood projects? (Incl. Wands) -Bozzy |

That is strange, I had bookmarked the site to look at further, and now the page to get to the chop cups isn't in the menu.

I contacted Jason, the owner and I cannot believe the price of the cups. The mini cups are $35 for the plain and $40 for the textured. The larger cups $60 and $65. He can't be making a large profit at those prices. Order in.
