I did a full index at the end of volume 7.

The Tarbell course is from the 1920's so no, there is no Rubik's cube magic.

For the serious student/historian, there are two books by Steve Burton (with a little help from his friends) that definitely belong in your Magic Library:
1.) Tarbell Study Guide (copyright 1995). This recreation of Tarbell's study plan as originally intended is a true system of study with a logical progression. "The modern day student will need to own (or have access to) the entire eight volumes of THE TARBELL COURSE and THE TARBELL COMPANION to 'take the course'." 2.) The Tarbell COMPANION (copyright 1994). This soft cover book is comprised of (148 pages) with descriptions and illustrations left by Harlan Tarbell that went unused in the original course. Even if you're not embarking on a study plan right now, you'll definitely enjoy romping through this historic content. I don't know about the availability of these two, but tracking each down will definitely be worth your while IMO. Julie P.S.> Frank's right, there's no Rubik's Cube magic |

There is supposedly going to be some Cube magic in addition to some electronic dice routines in TCM Vol. 9
I don't know for sure if Dan Harlan is going to cover it for Penguin like he did Vol. 1-8 Dave |

I know nothing about future Tarbell books. I just wrote - collected material for - and compiled that full/complete index for volumes 1 through 7. Enough.
