Hi:
I can't seem to find the "base" product for this and can only get refills which don't come with instructions. I've bough the refills from Penguin, but I need to understand how to use the gaff. I might be missing "the joker", but I thought this was something I could figure out myself once I got the refills. Any help on how to handle the gaff (pointing me to a paid resource, I am not trying to work around the process here!) appreciated. |

If the "full" product had been available anywhere I would have purchased it. Only refills everywhere I look.
