Can anyone name a superhero that has a military rank in their hero name, and it is NOT Captain? No supervillains please, just heroes.

For a while didn't they refer to Colonel Fury?
But he is not a "superhero".

I would point out that "Col. Fury" (Marvel), and "Sgt. Rock" (DC) don't just HAVE military titles in their names. They actually HOLD the ranks of Colonel and Sargent. (For that matter, in the movie reality, Steve Rogers actually IS a Captain.) In the original comic book canon, Colonel Fury had been Sargent Fury who fought WWII with the Howling Commandos. The Commandos end up working with Captain America in "The First Avenger," but of course, there would be no way to incorporate Nick Fury into that storyline and still make him viable in the 21 Century. (My own head canon is that he is a direct relation to the black guy we DO see in the Commandos, the bugler, Gabriel Jones.)

Once upon a time, there was a real motor bike cop who was a real hero called Officer Nashy. They made a comic strip about his adventures, some of which were true. We knew him well as he lived next door to us and we hated him.
If there is a single truth about Magic, it is that nothing on earth so efficiently evades it.
