I remember when switcheroo first came out. Mine didn’t work so terrific, I rarely used it, hopefully there are some improvements
As I think it’s a really cool idea |

Watched the demo and this does look very innocent. Though, wonder what the dimensions are of the box that goes in your pocket to accomplish the switch?

I don't consider having to put cards, billets or envelopes half way in a suit jacket to be a 'full view switch', but the switch itself looks okay to me. Not for me, I don't wear jackets. Probably a nice device for a lot of others.

1. Can the device switch back and forth between the objects? Meaning after the switch, could you put the switched out object back in the pocket and immediately switch it back? (For reset purposes)
2. Can you use this with a pocket square also in your pocket? Would the pocket square have to be folded flat and tucked behind the device or can you easily use the device with a fluffed-up pocket square also in the pocket? 3. How much bulkier does the device make your pocket appear up-close and in-person? |

All the cards are gimmicked or just the ones that are switched?
I mean the cards (at least the ones after the switch) can be handed out to the spectator ? Can this be a gimmicked version of switch one?? |

Looks like this is an updated version of Marks amazing Switch A Roo. you can switch any cards for any cards. One or more and yes you can switch back and forth.
Looks great Peter |

I have had switcheroo since day one from Mark. It’s still works perfectly so I would like to see the differences with this new version.
It takes up no more space than a deck of cards and you can switch and switch back at your hearts content with the original. This would have to be something really special to beat the original as there are no negatives unless you don’t want to put something in a top breast pocket which seems the exact same draw back with this new version imo Gaz 😊 |

Geez this takes me back! I remember being in JB magic’s shop in Blackpool about 20yrs ago and seeing this demoed over the counter as it just came out. It looked good then but required more of cover when the switch took place without giving to much away you had to touch the card to be switched with (which was perfectly logically justified as it looked like you just reached down to grab the card as normal)
With this version (improvement) it looks like the switch is super fast and you only have to cover it for the switch to happen rather than actually touch the card as in pushing down on it. It does look very good in the trailer fair play. I’m curious how thick the gimmick is and wondering if you could accommodate this gimmick and a deck in your top breast jacket pocket. Wishful thinking I know which I think the gimmick will be too thick to hold this and a deck. |

I love this idea. But this text in the description says not for me:
"Magnetically lock it in place" No can do. Can't put any magnets that close to my cardiac pacemaker. Mark
Doing tricks can be easy, being an entertainer is much harder.

I’m sure in the original you did the switch when you first put the cards in the pocket when the heat was totally off so it was never an issue.
Always been a sought after little gem that not many people have so I can see there being a market for it. I will really have to find out the core differences to be convinced. Love the principle and the premise though Gaz 😊 |

What’s old is new again. Had the original 20 yrs ago. Liked it but rarely used it. Might take a second look.

Blink Duplication by Masuda is the only switching out gimmick I use. I like how it can easily be used for a color change. But that was also my first exposure to an effect where you can actually change something right out in the open and right under the nose of your spectator. But this definitely looks extremely nice.
Good magic to all, Eric |

Still wondering about pocket square in pocket. Will it get in the way?

The original was great but quite bulky, and required fixing in place using a pin - maybe this has been replaced by the magnetic locking instead, which would make it much easier to position. If someone could share the difference(s) with the original that would be very useful.
