What's the latest with this? Am I right in thinking it's been sorted and there is now no need to download everything in fear of losing past purchases? Good news if so. Looking forward to the new website.

Well, I got an email to create a new password on their shiny new website.
They managed to keep my order history, but Downloads: Gone Points: Gone Wishlist: Gone Plus for a new website it doesn't work very well. - Address Line 2 is required. Why? I don't have a second line in my address. Meanwhile while I can choose the US as my country, there's no place to put my state. I guess that goes in address line 2? - The pulldown to switch from Pounds to Euros or Dollars no longer works |

Same thing- lost downloads- Had to type N/A in address line 2- save it then delete it

Hi Guys,
We are aware of some of the bugs which we are getting ironed out. Academies and downloads we have been told should populate in the next few days. The old site should be back up tomorrow on a subdomain so we will still have access to everything. We always said points could not be transferred across but if you have points and let us know we will honor them while the old site is still active (which gives you 3 months to) We obviously have a record of every Academy and download purchase so rest assured you will not be left without them. Yeah I tried to order something and was on the old site which sent me to the new one, my old login details didn’t work and the new site seemed really buggy, I gave up.

I can’t even log in to the new site. Apparently an account with my email doesn’t exist.
Fingers crossed it gets sorted soon. |

I just tried again, when I click login on the old site, it bounces me to a 404 page not found page on what appears to be the new site.

I tried to reset my password and it says there is no record of my email. Peter whats up with that? I have ordered many times.

Have to say- always had a great experience with Peter and his company, so to me it's not a big deal to wait this out. I don't think people realize the scope of a project like this- there will be bumps in the road and things will happen. If they make good on all their promises and everything is eventually restored, all is well in my mind.
