From what I see in the trailer, it seems like a nice trick that is easy to do.
I wish Craig Petty the best of luck with it.
Although, the blank card concept isn't THAT new... 
In 2014 I published a trick (insiders know where) that went like this:
NUDE ACAAN:

From the beginning I did magic, I was fascinated by blank playing cards. More than fifty years ago, one of my first tricks was "het nudistenspel" (Dutch for the nudist deck). Till today that fascination has stayed. I always found that blank cards were in a sense very visual and contained an additional surprise for the spectator. By each card trick that I see, I think almost automatically: "can I do that with blanks or can I add them somewhere".
Therefore it is not surprising that I have tried to work out an Acaan with blank cards.
For the construction of the trick I was inspired by my first "nudist deck" and by a variant of a trick called "Not a Joker" that I read in the book Meant to be from John Born (p.117)
Effect:
Right at the beginning of your act you put a card case on the table with the remark that it contains a surprise that you will reveal at the end of your act. Somebody is asked to think at a playing card and to name it. Then you ask someone to (think) name a number between 1 and 52. Both spectators write their "thoughts" on a piece of paper and keep it.
At the end of the act you take the card case and draw attention to the fact that the card case was there from the beginning, even before the number and card were tought of, and that you never touched it. (What's true)
You open the card case and take the deck of cards out. The card case is given to someone who can examine it.
You ask, as if you didn't know it anymore, for the both pieces of paper and they repeat what's written on it. (for example 37 and two of clubs).
You gave the deck of cards to a spectator who counts the cards face down till he reaches the number 36. He then takes the number 37 and you ask him to turn over that card. It is the two of clubs.
You ask the spectator to turn over all the other cards and they are all blank.
EVERYTHING can be examined. Presentation patter is up to you.

I find it really odd that shops can you send you the tutorial link but have to keep the actual deck on there their shelves until the 14th.

Only one thing hold me back from this release it is the lengthy video, in any magic video if I see it is more than one hour long, I automatically turn away.
I know I'm a minority here but sorry I can't imagine myself sitting and watching 4 hours video, life is too short and we have many things to do on it, we are in modern age where everything is running very fast , we receive huge flood of information every second, if you blink you miss something, science proved that people's attention span becomes very short after the mobile phones invention, even some social media platforms built specially on short videos because they understood that people can't give attention for lengthy videos.
I appreciate the dedication and hardwork of Craig, just my aim here is to remind the rest about the people who are like me, you can put short video showing the outlines and another in-depth detailed lengthy video to satisfy the both groups.

If there is R & S involved, I am even more confused about possible method since somewhere in the ad copy or trailer Craig says you could use a business card reveal, credit card, or even some piece of paper!! So, now are you R&Sers telling me it involves concealing 10 to 35 credit cards, business cards, etc by an R & S treatment???!!!
(Gotta buy this must to learn the ingenious method, but the value of three hours+ of additional tutorial is worth it, too!)
  You can absolutely do that, and to 252 life I got my tutorial from Craig after he phoned me directly Gaz.😊

In terms of the quality of the product, how reliable does it handle compared to the deck you get with JP Vallarino's Offworld? I don't recall too many people complaining about handling issues due to quality concerns with the deck there.
Obviously if a gimmicked deck like that doesn't perform consistently 100% of the time, you risk flashing the secret. But I guess it's too early to tell with Quantum because nobody has the actual deck yet - or have some reviewers or magic industry folks had an advance copy of the final published version?
I agree with others that the concept here is excellent, and should play well - it should offer lots of presentation possibilities.

I would guess there's a zero percent chance the deck isn't completely examine-able when Craig says it is. The community would lose their minds if they were lied to on a project with so much pre-hype... and say Craig actually misspoke or something... Murphy's would've caught it and not let it go on the trailer. There's just no way he worked this hard getting back into magic, putting out four YouTube vids per hour, doing interviews, podcasts, running companies etc... just to make a mistake he knows he'd be crucified for. Without having a clue to what the method is, I would bet the farm it can be examined safely... or at least relatively safely.
