Hey all,

I'm thinking about making a very limited run of cards for myself and friends.

It would consist of five different cards (4x6), more of a postcard than playing or Tarot, preferably a cardboard thickness, with color printing on each side.

Don't think any of the "playing card" specialty shops can accommodate.

Any ideas?

Sounds like you might need to go check out a local specialist printer for this, perhaps? Especially if you're going for cardboard thickness, don't need special airflow finish or the triple layer glued cards. Probably will cost you more with each extra option you're after (gold gilding, rounded corners, extra thickness, black through card stock, etc.) Sounds like a fun project though!

A company like Shuffled Ink will print all kinds of sizes and card-stocks, and should be able to do this for you.

They're US based and are known for their excellent custom service. Send them an email or phone them, and I'm sure they'll be able to take care of you. They also have no minimum order quantity, so they can do small print runs, unlike a lot of the big manufacturers like USPCC.

I'm late to the thread, but MakePlayingCards offers custom printing in a 4x6 size.
