Recent owner of this trick. It is an angles thing, not the kind of trick to be done surrounded. I found the necessary movement to "dissolve" the card, to be difficult. Not good for people with arthritis or not so nimble fingers. Yes, palming via "hand washing". One comment made through one seller company is that the trick is mostly good for IG. I would agree.

It is interesting that there are those who think that this effect is only for IG. There are other effects that go over very well in which the angles need to be watched and also numerous ways to ditch gimmicks. I.E., vanishing silk or pull just to name a couple.
How many magicians does it take to change a lightbulb? Regardless, for magicians darkness is a time for d'lite.
