One of my first shows was to an old peoples home where my Grandfather lives. I took both my girls along who were much younger then. They dressed up in fairy costumes as little girls do and helped by bringing on props, etc.
I was right in the middle of a lovely 3 fly routine when an old lady at the front remarks at the top of her voice, "Oh, it is disappointing… I thought the little girls were going to dance!" |
