Tarbel has a lot of information on those subjects throughout.

Books on speech communication and acting will have more material than magic books -
all "applicable to performance magic." Oh yes, books on salesmanship too.

This suggestion isn't a book, but a lady named Vanessa Van Edwards has a YouTube channel devoted to how to present yourself in business and professional situations. Her information is amazing and it carrys over into all life situations, not just magic.
