I know there is a threaad going about cleaning the bottles. What about keeping the right shape? I'm on my 3rd bottle. As soon as I "vanish" it, I restore it to its proper condition under cover. I keep it in a bag in an otherwise empty drawer. Despite all of this, the bottles tend to look more "flat" from the front than they should. Any suggestions?

I store mine in the cardboard cylinder container it came in. I haven't had a problem with mine going "flat" yet. It seems to me that a solution would be to lightly stuff the bottle with tissue paper and keep it from getting squished. That's what I do to all my latex halloween masks. They sit in storage for almost a year at the time yet they retain trheir shape really well. I also powder the masks lightly with baby powder prior to "stuffing" them with the tissue. I don't think baby powder would hurt the Nielson bottles but don't take my word on that. You would just have to clean it off before showtime.
Hope this helps. Regan

I also keep mine in the original cardboard tube (I don't stuff it with anything) and have had no problems. I bought mine used on eBay about three years ago, so I don't know how old it really is, but it still looks fine.

And I should have added, I keep it upright. If you have not, that may have something to do with the fact it is going flat.
Terry P.S. I just hate it when you notice you made a spelling error or typo (as you can see that I did in the earlier post) and then can't go back and edit it after 30 minutes or another post, as you could in the "old" days. It can really make one look ignerent.

They are quite expensive. My magic shop sells cheap nock offs that say cokacola in some foreign language. The effect looks cool though. I always thought a ketchup bottle would be the most fun, but does it look realistic enough?

In my opinion The Nielson Ketchup bottle is one of the most realistic looking bottles.
