In my opinion the greatest illusionist was Aldo Richiardi. He could take an ordinary trick and make it exciting to watch.

And the greatest sleight of hand stage performer was Richard Cardini. He had tremendous skill, brilliant routining and above all his acting on stage was perfection. I've never seen anyone even close to being in his league.

AWWW Richiardi was amazing. I recall seeing and watching him many times when I was younger. He commanded such power on the stage just with his presence alone. He had a unique way of really grabbing the audiences attention.

McBride -- I saw him peform for the first time about fifteen years ago and he was awesome. I remember details from that performance that were magical -- that weren't magical. In other words, his non magical parts were memorable and great theatre. Obviously his magic is technically awesome and I think magicians can admire how well he does so many slights/skills so well.

There are just too many great magicians to list here. They are all great and super, and their work deserve our respects.
