I heard that Kueppers is now dealing with Birdtown. Is this true?
Unfortunate if it is....as he will be placed next to brands like "Sasco."

Hi, Astinus!
I searched for "kueppers" at Penguin.com, and all I found was his balancing quarters.

Hmmm. I don't see Roy's typical type of product as a fit for Penguin Rob. They are obviously targeting a younger demographic, both with low priced product, as well as with the product mix itself. Roy's custom stuff would look a bit pricey to a relative newcomer when there's a Sasco or Sterling equivalent right next to it on the page, especially if that newcomer doesn't have experience enough to balance quality with price, or a real need to spend $50 when he or she could spend $19.95.

No, I was saying, "I don't see Roy's typical type of product as a fit for Penguin, Rob." Rob is Astinus' non-cafe "nickname"
Interestingly I was just talking about Penguin Max with Trickery Howard earlier this evening. We also discussed Magicwarehouse Howard and Hank Lee Hank, all of whom I like, except Penguin Max... I don't know him. What's the significance you may ask? There isn't any, I just like grouping the shop's and owner's names together into single names
Long day for Sundragon Mike, can you tell? Best, Mike |

Hey! Diamond Todd! How's it going man? I finally got the nerve to do "certain routines" for a real live audience at the coffee shop about two weeks ago... Went very nicely I would add
Rob, you can be "Magic Rob" if you want to be. Your full name would then be Rob aka Magic Rob R-J- Astinus. Whoa! Mike |
