Why is lemon juice made with artificial flavour, and dishwashing liquid made with real lemons?
How does the guy who drives the snowplough get to work? If the cops arrest a mime artist, do they tell him he has the right to remain silent? So what's the speed of dark? If we aren't supposed to eat animals, why are they all made from meat?

I use this when I do a book test: "In every library you go to, in their self-help sections, there's a book called Learn How To Read. Who is that book for? If you can read the title you don't need it. And, if you can't then the rest of the book isn't going to do you any good either."

How is it that no matter what happens in the world on any day, it will fit nicely into just so many pages of the newspaper?
How do those maps that say "YOU ARE HERE" know where you are? (That's just stupid, I know...) How do they know that Tyrannosaurus Rex wasn't multi-couloured and polka-dotted like some snake? (That'd be hillarious btw!) Why doesn't anyone recognise Clark Kent as just being Superman wearing glasses?
