As a worker Tyvek receipts in my opinion just wouldn’t feel
right when handled by a spectator, are too thick and therefore wouldn’t be a workable tool.

I wanted a genuine looking set of receipts that would not be questioned in anyway but hold incredible secrets, printed on premium quality real receipt paper.

These are designed to live in your wallet and I believe the more crumpled and creased the better (within reason).

Can’t wait for you all to perform with these!

Looks like the same method as Powerball 60 to me.
Adding the numbers on the barcodes of the rejected receipts, I can’t tell exactly though from the trailer Gaz

I know that these receipts will be handled more closely, but I have used Steve Rowe's (Gimmick King) tyvek receipts with Extreme Burn for many years and nobody has yet noticed that they are not genuine!

My order for this is in with Saturn Magic and I am looking forward to using it

I think Gaz may be right but if so, I love this principle so much that I will still be happy to altermate it with Powerball 60

Paul I too use Tyvek receipts from Steve and have done so for countless years with no suspicion.
Yes Powerball 60 is a great effect and making it in a version like this or UK friendly would improve further on a wonderful very old principle.
The bar code idea of Powerball 60 is another level genius and no layman ever has a chance.
The only thing I think you have to be mindful of is in rare circumstances spectators accidentally say it’s not on that one by mistake.
Of course if that happens you are screwed.
If I buy this I will reprint them on Tyvek I’m sure Gaz

I like the look of this but just a minor point. I hope the prices on the receipts reflect the likely value of the item. If not and, say a tin of tomatoes is an unusually high price, spectators could quibble. I have had this happen with another discrepancy a spectator spotted - hopefully with Transaction the prices are fairly realistic.

It’s not just England but it’s a very good point.

If this were made in Tyvek I would definitely make a purchase but as they're just paper receipts I don't think they will last long at all especially when spectators are handling the receipts.

But if they were made in Tyvek they wouldn’t look organic like real receipts, especially as spectators will be holding them.

Hi everyone,

For those thinking non-Tyvek is a weakness of this effect, it is actually the biggest strength… the receipts look and feel totally normal - literally like they’ve just come off a supermarket till roll and been shoved in your wallet. The entire point of this product is that the trick uses real receipts… everyone knows what receipts look and feel like - we all go shopping - and it’s not Tyvek. All supermarket receipts are printed on receipt paper.

I’ve had them in my wallet for months now and the more crumpled the more convincing. I know Saturn had them printed on the highest quality thermal receipt paper possible and they are able to withstand abrasion and rubbing a lot more than what ‘real’ receipts can.

Don’t worry though, Saturn have plans to offer refills to anyone that ends up with damaged, unusable receipts down the line.

Another strength of Transaction is that you don’t have to use all five receipts - you can do the trick with 1,2,3 or 4 - if you damage ONE then you can still do the trick. The effect is NOT dependant on the number of receipts.

I think the method will pleasantly surprise a lot of you. I can tell you, that when a spectator selects an item from one receipt - the rest can be put away and NEVER looked at again by the magician.

Not using Tyvek comes across as cutting corners....The reason I think Tyvek would be better is durability, I'm not going to spend my cach on something that is going to look horrendous after a month.
Robert people have been using Tyvek for extreme burn without any suspicion and I think it would be the same for receipts.
