Does anyone know what Billy McComb titles exist and where they can be found? Which has the thumb tie ,chair, card to wallet routine?

That would be McComb's Magic. It was printed around 1971 by Supreme Magic. Very hard to come by. I got my copy several years ago when ebay first started.

There is also "The Professional Touch" put out by Martin Breese in the early 80's (I think). I believe Martin Breese is still in business; you might be able to get it directly from him.
