I’m also thinking of trying Lewis Le Val’s OTT for the final move required for this routine. I may be overthinking it though. Either way, this is a wonderful piece of thinking. Thank you for sharing it. |

I prefer to apply the binary principle by taking the "remainder" receipts from the first spectator and handing them to the second. The c*** can be inverted (e.g. 30 to 1 and 1 to 30) to work off the remainder receipts. I also like to add some psychological subtleties in my patter for this. The first spectator is told they are making a deliberate FREE WILL choice from the set of products on the receipts. The second person is asked to make a BLINDED RANDOM choice. I ask them to put the receipts behind their back (if there is more than one) and randomly choose one. I also say that the receipts generally have about 15 products so before looking at the receipt, mentally think of a number from 1 to 15 and count down the items to that product on the receipt. This way they are thinking about a product that even they would have no way of expecting. This also gives the opportunity to add in a third spectator if liked. The third spectator is told that you would like them to make a free OPEN CHOICE of an item. The items on the receipts are all smaller items from grocery and big box stores. So you would like them to choose ANY large ticket item, even an expensive luxury product or service. Anything at all which they would like. This gets a lot of the "cancelation" benefits of Peter Nardi's reoutine without the need to bring in a p*** device. |

I love this effect. I will use it a lot. I have 2 small problems. Has anyone else found that you can't download the instructional videos or the PDF files? I have tried doing this in different browsers but they do not work.

Not to hard to edit these. Have Acrobat Pro as I do graphic design quite often. Laser printed mine on heavier paper and have tyvek on the way in case anybody needs them updated and made? Updated mine with current prices or equivalent ones found online with updated totals, etc. Also corrected spelling errors and changed items on some receipts a little to make them not all exactly the same text. Could also do different stores as well, most likely.

The british versions were already added at least two weeks ago. They don't have a seperate link, though. They just exchanged the old zip file for a new one.
What's the trouble you're having? There's a link on the bottom of the page. Right click on it and choose "Save link as...". Pretty straightforward, actually... |

I don't see a PDF for this effect in the download options. Am I missing something in my login for the downloads? I see multiple videos and a zip file for the editable receipts, but no PDF

Right, but everyone kept mentioning downloading a pdf as though it were a direct download and explanation for this effect. So I thought there was some file link I was not seeing. I have the zip file and the contents of that. Thanks.

I have just downloaded the Zip file, but I only get the US files and not the UK files.
Are the UK files available? |

I was also having issues with the editable pdf receipts. I could only get the US versions.
Then I tried a completely different browser. In the end I used TOR as Chrome and Edge both weren't working properly. Success! |
